ring-101 Fax Software — End‑User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Definitions

“Software” means the ring-101 fax software application, including any updates, enhancements, modifications, or new releases. “User” means an individual or entity that accesses, uses, or interacts with the software.

2. License Grant

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, ring-101 grants you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, and revocable license to access and use the fax software for your internal business purposes.

3. User Responsibilities

• You shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the software.
• You shall not use the software for any illegal, fraudulent, or malicious purposes.
• You shall not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the software.
• You shall not distribute, sublicense, lease, rent, or lend the software to any third party.

4. Data Privacy

Your use of the software is subject to ring-101's Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, and use your personal and non‑personal information.

5. Ownership

You acknowledge that ring-101 owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the fax software, including all intellectual property rights.

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. ring-101 may terminate this Agreement if you breach any provision. Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the software.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ring-101 be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary, arising out of or in connection with the software.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Illinois. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Illinois.

9. Changes to this Agreement

ring-101 may update this Agreement at any time. Changes will be communicated through the fax software or other means, and your continued use of the software after changes signify your acceptance of the revised terms.
